before i only got 0 to 50 ping but know i get 300 to 500 ping :( now i can't enjoy playing there's a 5 to 10 sec delayed i think i lost my extra exp in my char coz of died from disconnect.. can you pls fix it

Well, I can't fix this kind of things. If you have lag maybe your connection is going through a bad time (It's slow for a moment), or something happens between your house and our datacenter. Not rule out the possibility that in our datacenter are doing some maintenance.
Surely this will not be for long.

I usually get this things when I get my AV getting an update (not because of the connections the AV makes but becauses the AV is using disk time and it slows the whole computer down, thus causing lag).
Try an monitor your connection via ctrl+alt+delete -> performance manager and try to find the bottleneck when the ping goes up. http://www.jocurile.us/cat-jocuri-barbie.html
