Baium is not instanced, so you can use help from outside. It was also allowed by a GM. So that is not bugging, just using possibilities.

There's no possible way to instance Baium and thus make group skills to not work from the outside, then, how are we supposed to stop/deny players from doing it?

If you find such way to stop/deny players from doing it suggest it on forums and we will implement it asap! But for now, there's no way to do it and I wont be a policeman checking out every single Baium.

Besides that I'm sure you could do such glitches in the retail server, since they're not avoidable.

By the way this is the glitch that allows you to use group skills such as Group Major Heal or Chant of Victory, and people from behind a door or wall will get the buff, obviously works everywhere even in Castle Sieges.

Maybe in the future we can develop something that doesn't allow such things to happen but for now that's not the case.

As far as i know.....many uses this "way" to kill baium....and certainly i do belive the alliance of natus uses this too...if u are crying over this now its as good as slaping your own face...get the facts right...we used bugs?i do belive sekai can be eye witness for us as he was there looking at us killing anthy....no bug was used....else i think the whole of astale would be in jail now...if u jus wanna flame us.....then perhaps the GM could open a new section in the forum called flame like the old server i played in....

Just to notify that there is something wrong with Antharas not with you guys :D . I asked in another thread some info/stats about current Antharas but will see how the things will go. I cant believe that you guys killed Antharas with 20ppl .. i read quite some forums and stuff and as far as i know NOONE killed antharas in retail at Freya chronicle .. so yeah 200 active ppl couldnt kill it and 20 can? Strange fact. The only possibility is that Antharas is nerfed here in a way on purpose by the GM but when i asked Sekai he said Antharas is ok and its not changed .. so yeah still many doubts in this topic. And the fact Axime didnt want to answer a simple question i asked makes me believe there is something fishy so .. it will be discrussed in future!

kuku personally me i never used this method of killing it ... and as far as i know in retail you cant use this "way" for killing Baium. I dont know how it is made but it is!

I don't know which way you're talking about on Baium's topic, I was just saying that you can heal from behind the door... since in Lineage 2 you can use group skills even if you don't see your group.

Why do you need to heal at Baium.  I dual boxed him tons of times.  I could kill him auto attack falling asleep.

LOL. The Reason Retail server Didnt ever kill freya EX and Anthy is quite simple.

1st - NO 1H BUFFS. Means, less productivity in DD parties (have to resing/redance, covs and other buffs.
2nd - The enchanting is harder there. Here there are more advanced weapons, sets, elements, etc, without that big of a hassle.
3rd - we kill anthy with way more than 20...

BAIUM.

The mechanics of group  buffs and heals only require being within the max distance circle around character that is casting these spells. For direct buffs and heals you need to see the target, but for group you dont. And I dont think there is anything that can be done. Thats how it is and always has been.. For example, OVERLORDS mass buffs work  without party, within range of it. Party buffs work with party, and again, within range of caster. So, its not a bug, nor its exploit, or cheat.. Its the way NCSoft made it, and ppl have to deal with it..
