Ok seriously we must vote 10 times to get 400 event-apiga & the only useful thing we can buy is attribute stones & crystals but attribute stones cost 218 each one so the Apiga we get is not enough not even for 2 stones.. that's the worst & I mean the "WORST!" vote rewards I have see in any server I have join, ok seriously this must change & I can't comprehend how GMs leave it like that & how they expect from people to vote... my suggestion is to give rewards with each vote not after 10 votes, also those rewards must be good something useful, attribute stones/crystals is useful so those must stay, also u could put SA 13 for S wpns as rewards in order for people to be able to put SA in their S wpn's as soon as possible compare to now that every one play w/o SA & that sucks... revita-pops is also very nice gift & brez scrolls also, those are the ussualy gifts I see every1 put in their servers but they make it for rewards to be at random so sometimes u will get something cheap like a brez & sometimes something very expensive like SA 13 or 1-2 Attribute Crystal.
I propose for this kind of rewards & make it at random make it instantly we vote we talk to some npc we get something at random & random quantity also for example 1 or 2 attribute stones/crystals & scrolls or Revita-Pop etc do that & people will vote like crazy after, as it is right now no1 care & u know why? because it's not worth it, simple as that.
