Moirai Breastplate foundation?

So i was wondering, is it possible to get it or not? my clanmates and friends tell me it's not possible to get it.
But when i check at B.mammon u can finish foundation item Moirai Breastplate.
So im not quite sure what to believe.

Its option from past chronicles. NCsoft didnt removed it out of mammons list. In freya, upper/double armors can not be foundation, really:p Also +++++>founda imo

better yet ++ founda :D. getting 4 founda items + normal bp in this server is considered Foundation set. I have one too. :P
