Well you've built a wall of text and a thread on an assumption that this someone allowed you to do all the stuff, somewhy changed skype and gone like that. Riiight. Could also be nice if you wrote the nickname(s) of the original items owner(s). I seriously doubt +3 more enchantments on your weapon would anyhow turn the tides on the tw, as far as I saw you are CCd all the time anyways. Furthermore, I do seriously doubt the GM would even consider jailing you for the sake astale, lol.

 claim to have refund on all the donations I have made since they were than unlawfully. Why? 
Rules state that: 
You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying or selling items or accounts for cash/real world currency.

Donation is based on breaking this rule. Because I buy item in the game (Golden Apiga) by the real life currency(Euro). As I can see Donate section is well advertised and is the violation of the rules provided by the GMs. Like I said it is ridicoulus example but it is relevant to the situaion with me and these items.

I'm not into this conflict and cannot say the rights from wrongs there, just pointing out those lines which made my eyebrows rise and my hand to slowly approach the forehead. Yet I see an easy way out of the mess - just give the items back.

Doody you talk bullshits now, he started the post saying thats nothing to do with the drama about Astale.
That jail is nosence jail and GMs haven't even answer or post something about it.
So you wanna say to me that you support that action of the GM?
I can tell you the name of the character that the items stolen and in my opinion no he hasn't to return the items its the owener's fault that gave away his pass. If you give away your pass you are the only responsible about that. Take as example our common friend or me or sanctus or dunno whoever you want that he lost items by that way. I never saw jail about that.
And i repeat that for me is full unfair i want all my items from jackals back and jackals and the person who use his accounts in jail as a player got ban for that resaon i want fair things in my stolen situation also.
And something last the player that hakamata took his items HE DOESNT EVEN PLAY IN VANIR, no report, no nothing. So if a player said "I used the accounts of that players cause he gave me the pass" gtfo he gave it to haka also and haka empty it. Thats it accept it its over.
Or my items and jail the enemies.

I am still waiting official answer from Ignis or GMs.

i mean if someone wold go on my acc and take all my items..... it would be my fault and nobody elses.
I think this is just a desperate atempt to get rid of the +16 weap that Haka made, just my opinion, or just jailed Haka to give Astales a chance at TW.

P.S. the acc that haka took items from was in Astale..... i think if it was in another clan this would not have been a problem.

So yes i think that GM is wrong in this matter and Haka should be set free.... this being sayd i think they will unjail him after TW just so that Astale dont have to deal with him.

The TW part was about that other players' posts as i've assumed they would represent overall fa mood. But TW was not quite the meaning of my post, i was talking about my refusal to believe that the gm is a nasty sociopath who would randomly jail people just to

 prevent me from enjoying my character and items I made (Elegia weapon +16, made couple of days ago).

I also pointed out i'm not quite convinced that former astale cl would have

told me that I can take his items if he will not log at least for 4 months,

to the one who left the clan with clan's weapon and i would guess epics and armors (i might be wrong about the lsat part). And the precise amount of months (4), yeah seems legit.

Once more, I don't know all the story, thus would not make anyone goodie or badie. Have just detoxicated the thread a little bit.
And yet again, this drama can still be so easely passed by, just give those worthless items back and get over with it.
