I was watching antharas drop and see top weapons (Archangel Sword, Eminence Throne Bow, Eternal Eore, etc.) but i'm never seen Elegia armors. Who drop it? or is not applied here =S? thanks you.

Elegia armor drops come from Freya in the Extreme Cold mode. It has yet to be conquered on L2Vanir.
