summoner's pets buff

I have been playing my character as a summoner and found something quite annoying.

If the character logs out, the pet will be cancelled and all the buff will be lost.

Is that possible to make the pet and its buffs remain after the character relog in?

Don't think so. When you log out your summon disappears and summoning it again creates a new one. Pets like wolf remember hunger though, store some items and i think they remember HP/MP % they were unsummoned with but im not sure. They never keep buffs though after unsummoning.
