Hello dars2009,
Having tested these skills, I can confirm that they do infact work as they should. Please be aware some of the Duelist skills require energy stones from the grocery stores was well as force charges.

I stone I have energy but still does not work against another player tried several times and nothing :/

If you are dueling with players and still in a party you will not be able to use your skills on them.

the problem is not the party, the problem is that no I can use in any circumstance storm sonic, sonic buster in any type of pvp
