Is the server still alive?

The problem with chat logs is that they consume too much to be saved, it involves some processes for our machine by every time a player chats, that's why the best way to report those kind of bad behaviours are with a screenshot in the forums, that way we could act better.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and looking into this matter the best you could. I have seen you in action and note that you always have made fair decisions.  KoS and Muuzyk  thanks for your imput as well , these are people worthy of playing with on this server. Both dedicated to community.

I do block chats too when I get dazed by some negative shouts, but that is not the purpose of the game! We should think more in the comunity development rather than just block and ignore it...As sanshere said, we should think before we type because we cannot afford loosing new people!

My friends or those I invite here to play can make their own judgements about the server. I didn't post to hurt this server. I want to see more ppl playing here. The server and those who run it and play on it deserve this. I understand chat via global shows the server is active but when a certain few players hold private personal convos in global it kinda makes you feel like you are intruding on the server. I know there are good ppl playing here and I know they too share the same ideas and concerns for the server to grow.

Could you tell me what is the online of this server ?
i want to start playing here, but i dont know what is the situation at server :)

The population varies, for example there're more players on weekends, now at 1:03AM it's 295. You can check it ingame using ALT+B.

Veinzord from a players point of view  L2Vanir is prolly one of the best servers live today. Numbers are the only issue but not a factor in making the server playable. Numbers can be fixed. There is a good solid player core here.  The server's life speaks for itself, look at how long it has been up and how well maintained it is by it owner's/gm's etc. We as a community, can bring in numbers. We can't change the dedication of those who run it and for over a year they have more than proved themselves.  In this thread you can see it alone. Sterling and Sekai both were active and responded quickly. We don't always have to agree on things. L2 Vanir listens to it's community. Now tell me have you seen a server like this in a long time? A server who has ppl who stand by it? A decent core grp who plays on it every day? As a player I tell you it is a server worth playing.

This server is balanced, and most of the old players around here stay here because it is what it is. It has few bugs, and most of ppl are welcoming and helpful. If you see me online, pm me, i just might be able to help you in some way.

P.S. One small thingy though, please convince Frintezza to come back from retirement ;D

I continously come back cause of the people.  I like higher population, but also hate it.  This server could use about 100 more people.  Sometimes it gets there then drops off.  We have always had a good GM around though.  The only thing real money can do for you here is elemental crystals.  You can not purchase +16 armor/weapons.  So, it is not a pay to win server.

You have some bad apples just like every server.  We usually weed them out fast.  We weed them out as a community usually.
