well i know that only during the first day you can change the tokens from the oly points you had but can you do something only for this month well you know it was new years eve and many people couldnt log to claim them please respond me if you can ty .

I would also agree with this and to plead my case .. if you really are trying to be close to retail, you can pick up your tokens in retail up until the end of the month.
