Nudism on L2 Vanir- Forbidden or not

Hello to all

I have a very serious question thats why i put it here :P(Off Topic). What about nudism on Vanir?. I believe its more serious than making botting!!!!
I see many players and especially one named Dwarfii goes around naked............/and for those who dont believe here is the evidence

Oh my... I always go naked with Ignis char... but I try to cover my parts with my hands or using //invis command.

I thought I was the only one who did, and the only allowed.
I'm thinking on the punishment for Dwarfii.
