Missing Mob ?

I was looking for a mob named Luminun-Its location is across the lake that sits between Oren town and castle.

I was looking for this mob for two reasons- spoils Enchant weapon B and drops( main reason) I was looking for it, It drops 100% BlueWolf Helm Recipe..
If the mob was moved is it possible to list where its at.. Or can you spawn a few if at all possible if they are not in game for whatever reason.

With the addition of the SM hunting grounds for 80+ aoe toons these mobs, if they are still in game, most likely got pushed farther north. I can't recall seeing them but I have never looked.
