Maybe a new player

Hi folks!
I am thinking of joining L2 Vanir. But I have some questions/thoughts before I make my final decision.
-How is the population of the server
-Are there still "new" players joining
-Are there any plans of changes (many server change rates etc)
-Will I be able to get in contact with an GM ingame every day I play
-Will it be wise to start my main char direct or do you suggest I make a spoiler to get some adena faster
-Are there many clans on the server, are there rivality/wars
-What is the main language on server (english I hope)/where are most players from

Hmmm thats all for now I guess. I would appreciate an fast answer, currently downloading the client.

Well, I cant answer some of your questions but, for me the server is good. There are always new players joining and yes, there are wars clan vs clan, with big rivality sometimes.
The main language in this server is English, and there are moderators always trying to make sure that this rule would be respect, but, how we know, there are always pll that dont want to respetc it. About the GM, you can post on foruns or send private msg for them, cause its not every day that they are on in game. Sometimes, pll can help u too. :) There are pll from everywhere: Brazil, Greece, EUA, UK, Argentina, Chile, Peru... Dunno where are most pll from :/
Now, the population its about 500, if I'm sure (with pll store), if u get you can see it with alt + b in game.
Dunno about changes, but GMs are always trying to solve your problems and improve the server.
I suggest to you to get others chars beyond your main, but it'll depends about what clan you join, I guess. Exemple: I started with one, but I had my boyfriend playing with me and he made all the others classes, cause we started alone, so.. But now, we try to help every pll from our clan.

Typically 400-500 everyday.

Yes

I do not believe they will change the server rates.

Yes.  I believe there are 3 GM's on everyday.  

-Will it be wise to start my main char direct or do you suggest I make a spoiler to get some adena faster
I started my main with a WC afk on auto fololow.  You can have as many boxes as you wish open.  It is wise to level with a buff bot.

-Are there many clans on the server, are there rivality/wars
Yes
Right now there are two alliances at war.  Astale alliance vs RedRum alliance.

-What is the main language on server (english I hope)/where are most players from
English in shout only.  You can speak other languages in tarde channel tho.  Although there are some languages that slip through in to shout.  The Admin and GM's assigned moderators to chat ban when GM's are offline.
