Mail In Game Stuck...'You cannot recieve or send mail with attached items....'

Hi all
The character name is octavis.....
I have recieved to mails from other users but I cannot claim the items of these mails.
I can only reply to those two mails......If I try to do anything else such as claim or delete I am recieving the message 'You cannot recieve or send mail with attached items in non-peace zone regions.' but I am in Giran.
In addition my inventory isn't full (55/120). I tried also to send one item to another user in game and I cannot......

Please help me

Talk to the Gatekeeper, move to Aden and try there.

Also, sometimes just using an SoE in town to end up in town will reset your mailbox and it will recognize that you are now in a peace zone.

I encountered this one recently, using SoE will do the trick.

SoE works indeed. Teleporting using GK or restarting won't. After a while it stops automatically btw too.

... another day another problem ...

only command /unstuck will solve the problem.....Happened to me few days back !!!
