Are u refering to the first/second class change quest ?
if that is what u mean, u can much better just use the class change NPC found in all towns.

no dude is for an skill from hats i buy a hat of event apigas and have 1 skill but this skill need proof of a friendlyship for use

I don't know these items, what hats are they supposed to reward you with? The only quests I know of for accessories are the ears, you can do that quest in Giran starting in the temple, or for hats with fantasy isle coins. Those come from the mini games on fantasy isle. Are you sure you're looking for items in the Freya patch?

You can't have that items, they are only from some official events.

Those items were given by an event on the official server, there's no way to get them, and anyways most of the accesories' skills that give players some kind of advantage in the game are desactivated.
