Thank you all for answering the post. Now I know that before putting something here I should try to find the answer myself. And then double check it.
Just to make thing straight here for some people: I do not have problem with the PvP aspect of the game and the war thing. You have made a wrong assumption about me.
@Sekai Dear GM In my particular case I had just loged in and was on my way to join someone that was already there. Just as Hot pointed out, solo boarding takes place sometimes.

The Ship is a PVP zone in such way, that When you start attacking someone, there is no stopping, you cant stop even if you'd want. Best thing you can do, is disarm your weapon.
