Well I just used a Blessed Scroll: Enchant Weapon (S) on my +3 Icarus Spirit and both dissapear
It is assumed that the probability is 100 % but now no sword or scroll in my inventory
Not even Crystals S Grade after that... whats next? Any ideas?

Blessed enchant scrolls have a success rate of 66%, not 100%. If a blessed enchant fails, it will not remove your weapon, only return it to its original state with no enchantments.

I have requested Ignis to have a look at it and it seems you used a normal scroll.

wait, there should be the "earned X crystals" right after removal.. cant see that one though. Perhaps its in system window, but then again, he has the status messages turned on there... ;o
