why are all the other s80 weapon available in GC quest reward and not dynasty crusher recipe? is this a bug or on purpose?
also, where else can we aquire dyna crusher recipe other than HB?

It is the way it is. Crusher is the only good 2 handed blunt. You need to craft like 40 of them and have a mass OE party.

Other than HB you can get the recepie from quest in Crypts of Disgrace ( but the droprate of QI is bad ).
