I test it again & again this buff allow u to have +9000 weight over 66.5% w/o getting spd penalty, & I get the "red" icon & the spd penalty while I have the buff on me when I pass 66.5% so yeah as I say this thing is broken & needs fixing, can some1 check it out & fix it?

I re-tested just now & it works fine now but when I make the post it didn't work I dont know what the fck happening bugs come & go it seems... w/e thx for checking anyway.
