I appreciate the report in what could be perceived as an unfair chatban, but I was online at the time and let the ban stay because you were purposely antagonizing the moderators. None of the moderators have English as their first language, but they try very hard to uphold the server rules. When I see players do things on purpose too give them a hard time, it makes me mad. In my opinion a 10 minute chat ban for the disrespectful tone used on this post alone is fair.
disrespectful? lol i was having fun by telling ppl that you can use words in the english language...but thats ok i'm not mad just wanted to prove that ban was not for improper use of english language is all lol he did not tell me imporper use he asked since when is taco and enchilada in the english language.. i think ive proved that...the point is... this is fun.. ppl (moderators and gms as well) if they can't laugh at them selves who can they laugh at? lol
you cant ban ppl just for speaking other languaes... as long as incorperated into english, no ban.. ever think the other way... trying to make the spanish feel more welcome to the server? lol thats why i speak words in the english language... was not diredted at moderator but new spanish player denae i believe? then utomatic ban .. he asked for proof on forums i gave it to them... do you pay your mederators? do you get paid? my guess is no .. so then laugh and all be fine .. i'm not mad just proving taco and enchilada, as well as cafe, resume(the job kind) , and a whole host of words are fair game....

only remark i would add and why i posted screens... next time laugh and joke on shout ..instead of automatic chat ban .. you could tell i was goofing around.. when you crak down that hard on ones like me who are obviously english speakers, but dont crack down on the blatant viloaters.. you will have an empty server lol i am on 10-16 hrs a day.. trust me i see it all the time lol :)
and i could also get out my old king james and start speaking in old english lol that would really be fun...
