Chars locked to instance zone

Please can admin help as my party didnt exit zaken - cavern of the pirate captain (daydream) correctly on 28th Apr 2014.

After killing zaken lvl83, it started 5 min count down but stopped after report 2 mins to exit. Had to log out and log them back following day as it was late. Wasnt able to enter any other instance zones the following day after system respawn chars back to giran, as its says im still in an instance. doing /instancezone it reports instance zone currently in use: cavern of the pirate captain (daydream).

On 30th Apr 2014 still same not able to enter instancezones, was able to enter zaken lvl83 (daydream) as it had reset, but was still showing blue/red candles lit and mobs not killed (sadly no zaken in blue candles room). Logged back in today still showing im currently in the instancezone.

Please could you end/reset the instancezone for chars that are locked.
Hellian, Apsalar, TrullSengar, Nil, Slson, Slsdon, Nether, Shand & Gathras

Would like to go raiding again in instance zones.

It may sounds weird, but have You used soe ? Sometimes it helps if Youre locked in instance.

No i not tried soe, i used summon. will try that to see if it works.

Gave it a try but no work, soe'd in instance, out of instance, but still saying im currently using instance.

Ah well, I lost interest in game, good excuse to start doing other things. May check later in year to see if its fixed.

We have some problems with Zaken instance, but that didn't happen yet to anyone, is a little weird, I've checked your instancezones but I can't find any, I will tell Ignis about it in case he can fix your chars listed above.
