[BAN] FeLiCiOo's account banned for botting.

FeLiCiOo's account has been permanently banned due to botting.

"You will not attempt to hack or using external programs such as "bots" to get advantage while playing L2Vanir. You may not assist, relay or store items for other players who are using these processes."

In addition to FeLiCiOo's account being banned, I have now added FeLiCio and HuuRHoo to the list of banned accounts for botting.
