I have alchemic keys. I can't open chests. Why? Sorry, its probably simple.....

In order to open the chests you must attack them when you have keys in your inventory.

Why is it not possible to open chests for low lvl chars, my lvl20+ char got kill by the chest before able to open it with key. Is this event only open to high lvl chars?

A level 60 char should be able to open them without difficulty, and it doesn't take very long to get that high.

just take vit buff from "scarecrow" npc, hes in aden for example, and you are 76 in like 2h
