AGP error

after starting up l2vanir an error pops up: the game may not be consistant because AGP is deactivated. Please activate AGP for consistancy
after running dxdiag in the CMD command it shows AGP is on, after pressing ok on the error a new error appears saying: 0x77055e4d points to memory on 0x00000014 an read error on the memory failed: read.   press oke to end the program (aka cant even launch the patcher)

This problem should be solved updating L2Vanir by using the updater.
