Actual server lag/delay (April 2015)

Hello,

We all know the server is experiencing some lag issues in the current month of April, we think it's caused by some problems with a hard disk of our server that is not reading/writing as fast as it should.

We were wanting to make a disk replacement but we have opted to change to a better server with three SSD hard disks in RAID 1, and also other better specifications. Although the server we want to migrate to is not available at the moment, we are waiting for its availability so we can make the transition.

At the moment we have to wait a bit until we can order the new server.

Why , why and why!
Why u need that ? Will u raise a server with 5000 people on so mysql can handle it?
Theres no absolute need to give so many money for Vanir.
I suggest getting this one.

The price of x3 SSD and x3 SATA is exactly the same. Changes only the capacity. We can even make RAID with 2 disks and 1 disk for backups or system.
We don't need 32Gb RAM at all, we don't need 2T of Disk capacity at all.

We know what we need and what we prefer. We are not wasting L2Vanir money.

I got some information regarding this matter, the new server hosting became available today at the morning! We have contracted it and it will be functional very soon!

Hello,

We are going to migrate to the new hosting, the down time can be 30-60minutes aproximately.

The server shut down will take place 07/05 9:00 AM aprox. We expect the server to be online by 9:30-10:00 AM.

Now that we have done it we would like to hear from our players, we are pretty sure the lag is gone, but we want still to hear from you players.

Lag is gone. Thank you. Now a lot of NPC's are bugged. I can not read the monument of heros. I can not use nobless teleporter at Aden. Some other ones are bugged too. Has an html:blahblahblah that comes up on everyone.
